How the template library is organised
The library follows the Comms With AI Operating System: five phases that mirror how communications work actually moves, from planning through to continuous improvement. Browse by phase, or search for the specific template you need.
Strategise →
Audience research, stakeholder mapping, competitive analysis, message architecture, channel planning, and measurement design — the intelligence layer that comes before anything is published.
Create →
Editorial planning, content drafting across formats, internal communications, community engagement, and event communications — turning strategy into the work that actually goes out.
Govern →
Approval workflows, claims substantiation, tone verification, accessibility review, and crisis preparedness — the quality and risk layer that protects what gets published.
Monitor →
Media and social monitoring, issue detection, sentiment analysis, campaign measurement, and stakeholder reporting — the always-on intelligence that feeds the next cycle.
Transform →
AI readiness assessment, workflow audit, capability gap analysis, and tool evaluation — how organisations build, sustain, and evolve AI-powered communications capability.
Common questions
Are the Comms With AI templates free?
Yes. Every template in the library is free to use. Some bundle into toolkits, and a paid tier with bulk downloads and a synced prompt library is planned for later in 2026.
Do I need an AI tool to use them?
Most templates include an AI prompt you can paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini, alongside a human review checklist. A few work as standalone frameworks with no AI at all.
How long does a template take to use?
Each one is designed to be useful in 15 to 30 minutes. The time estimate sits at the top of every template page.
Are the templates written for UK communications teams?
Yes. Everything is in UK English and reflects UK and international comms practice. The AI prompts are tested before they are published.
