  • 3

Frequently asked

What does the Comms AI Readiness Diagnostic measure?

Six dimensions of AI readiness in a communications function: Strategise, Create, Govern, Monitor, Transform, and People & culture. Each is scored 0–100 and produces a routed recommendation into the Comms With AI library.

How long does it take?

About five minutes. The diagnostic is 24 questions, four per dimension, on a four-point scale from "Not started" to "Embedded".

Do I need to sign up to see my result?

No. The score and radar chart appear immediately. Email signup is offered at the end so we can send a written report and a 90-day re-take reminder.

How is the benchmark line calculated?

The current benchmark is an editorial estimate of the communications-sector baseline, used to seed the radar. It will be replaced with aggregate data from real diagnostic responses once enough have been gathered.

What happens to my answers?

Your answers are stored only in your browser (localStorage) so you can return to your result and retake later. Aggregated scores may be used to improve the benchmark in future.
