What this site is

This is a curated library of communications templates and a directory of AI tools – each one designed to solve a real problem that comms professionals face. Every template includes:

• The template itself – ready to copy and customise
• AI prompts – to generate a first draft quickly
• Human review checklists – to catch what AI misses
• Context – when to use it and what you'll need

The tools directory features curated AI tools that work well with communications workflows. Where we've used tools directly ourselves, we indicate this.

The philosophy

AI is brilliant at producing first drafts. It's not so good at understanding organisational politics, regulatory constraints, or the specific context that makes your communications work. The templates here are designed for a human-in-the-loop workflow:

2. Apply your expertise to refine and contextualise
3. Check against the review list before publishing

The point is not to replace communications professionals. It is to free you from blank-page syndrome so you can focus on the strategic thinking that matters.

Comms With AI is one platform with four ways in: templates to use yourself, training to upskill your team, deployment to roll AI across your organisation, and the publication arm where transparent experiments live.

• Consult Comms With AI – Talk it through. A 45-minute session plus a written advisory note, £300, creditable against a Deploy package.
• Training Comms With AI – Upskill. AI training built for comms teams, in-house or agency, delivered with Big Fish Training.
• Deploy Comms With AI – Govern. Policies, governance routes, and tool-specific deployment instructions, from £600.
• Applied / Comms With AI – Learn. The publication arm: experiments, articles, and lessons learned.
• Faur – Implement. The consultancy behind the ecosystem: hands-on advisory and custom agent design.

How templates are selected and maintained

Testing means each template is run against live communications briefs – the kind of work comms teams handle day to day – before it goes on the site. The AI prompts are checked to confirm they produce usable output, draft outputs are reviewed for legal and reputational exposure, and the human review checklist is built from what that testing surfaces. A template only goes live once it has been through that process.

• Every template is tested with real communications briefs before publication – not generated and published without review.
• Templates are reviewed and updated when AI model capabilities change or when user feedback identifies gaps.
