Lumina (Vuelio)
Vuelio and Isentia's AI suite for PR, comms and public affairs, now with AI-answer visibility tracking
Lumina is an AI suite built specifically for PR, communications and public affairs by Vuelio and Isentia (Access Intelligence), launched in December 2025. Rather than a generic assistant, it is trained on PR workflows and combines what the vendor calls human credibility signals with machine analysis to show how media narratives form and move. Two modules are now live. Stories and Perspectives clusters individual media mentions into narrative threads and surfaces the competing angles within a story, so you read the shape of coverage rather than a flat clip list. AI View, added during 2026, tracks what large language models say about your organisation and which sources they drew on to say it, covering models including ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. That second module puts an established UK monitoring vendor directly into the GEO and AI-visibility space, with existing client relationships behind it. Further roadmap items are promised, including curated leadership summaries, reputation-theme tracking, a press-release assistant and predictive story-momentum intelligence, but judge a purchase on the two modules that ship.
For comms teams: existing Vuelio customers wanting AI layered onto their monitoring.

What works well
- + Purpose-built for PR and comms rather than a repurposed general AI tool
- + Narrative clustering is more useful than a flat mention list
- + AI View brings answer-engine visibility inside a monitoring platform teams already use
- + Backed by an established UK vendor with real support behind it
Watch out for
- - Two modules live; most of the advertised suite is still roadmap
- - Enterprise packaging, likely tied to a Vuelio or Isentia subscription
- - Still too new for independent validation of the AI outputs
- - AI View is newer than the dedicated GEO tools in this directory and unproven against them
When to choose this
Choose Lumina when you are already a Vuelio customer, or want a UK vendor purpose-building AI for PR and public affairs, and the narrative-clustering approach of Stories & Perspectives fits how your team reads coverage, accepting that most of the suite is still on the roadmap.
Who should look elsewhere
If you need a full working AI suite now, Lumina is early, most of what is advertised is roadmap. Teams wanting broad, proven media intelligence today may prefer Meltwater or Muck Rack; those focused specifically on AI-answer visibility should look at the GEO tools in this directory. And if you are not already a Vuelio customer, factor in the platform commitment before adopting Lumina for the single module currently available.
